How soon will I receive my order?
Ready to ship items are usually posted on the next working day after your order is received. The time taken after that will depend on the postage option you chose – you can find information about Royal Mail delivery time estimates here.
Custom portrait orders take 2 to 6 working days as described below. Once again, the time taken once I’ve posted your order will depend on the postage option you chose .
Delivery times are estimates and I can’t be held responsible for postal delays until a certain amount of time has elapsed, so the times quoted are not guarantees. Please see my terms and conditions for more details.
Please also note that some orders are currently taking quite a bit longer than usual, due to the pandemic.
What are your online greeting card delivery charges?
Online greeting card delivery charges are dependent upon the postage option you choose and will be shown in your shopping basket once you’ve selected the service you want.
Within the UK:
- Second class delivery is free
- Upgrade to first class delivery on an A6 card for just 85p
- My website is not currently set up for international greeting card delivery, so please order from my Etsy shop or get in touch if you want to buy from outside of the UK.
Local online greeting card delivery (Bishop’s Stortford)
If you live in Bishop’s Stortford you can use discount code STORTFORD to get £1 off all cards delivered to a Bishop’s Stortford address. Please note that if you use this code on an order that is to be delivered elsewhere it will be cancelled and you will need to reorder without the discount.
Can your greeting cards be posted with a normal stamp?
My greeting cards can all be posted from within the UK in the envelope provided with a normal first class or second class stamp – the size and weight fall into Royal Mail’s ‘Letter’ category so you don’t have to worry about getting ‘Large Letter’ stamps.
How do custom orders work?
When you place your order you can include any details you’d like in the Special Instructions area, e.g. clothing preference, with or without glasses, etc.
I’ll then get in touch by email to ask you to send me photos to draw from – you can just reply to my message with the photos attached.
Once I have a proof of the custom portrait ready for you, I’ll email this to you to check (this will take between 1-3 days after you provide the photos and information). If you want any changes made I’ll make those and send you a further proof and when you are happy with the design it will be printed and posted off to you.
The process can take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days. The time is partly dependent on how many other custom orders I am working on, but is mostly dictated by how quickly you get back to me with photos, any changes and the final go ahead. The majority of my custom orders are shipped within 3 working days though, and I will inform you if for any reason it will take longer.
What is your return policy?
Ready to ship products
If you would like to return your order of ready to ship item(s) you may do so within 14 days of your order. Please contact me to let me know you’d like to make a return and I will let you know how to go about it. You will be responsible for the cost of returns, unless the items are damaged. As long as I received the goods in an as new condition as shipped to you and am able to match the return with your order, I will refund your money within 14 days.

Custom orders are non-returnable unless damaged, as you will approve a proof of the product before it is sent to you. For damaged custom orders please contact me to let me know and I will send a replacement at no extra cost.
